This standard size fixed chair is from the Farndon collection of Celebrity Furniture.
The back of the chair features a high back cushion which is framed on either side by small neat wings and is fibre filled in both sections offering natural lumbar support as well as support to the back of the head & shoulders too. When upholstered in fabric the chair seat has Mammoth foam interiors which can aid with poor circulation, pressure relief, general ease of movement as well as some pain relief. When upholstered in leather the interiors are a resilient foam which comes back to shape well after being sat in.
A qualifying person is one that is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ which means :
- a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect on their ability to carry out everyday activities.
- a condition which the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes, parkinsons, dementia, or a chronic illness which necessitates a complicated medication regime.
- who is terminally ill.
It does not include an elderly person who is not disabled or chronically sick or any person who’s only temporarily disabled or incapacitated, such as with a broken limb.
