This the Farndon dual motor riser recliner chair in the Petite size which is ideal for a person of smaller stature. The dual motor action means that the back of the recliner can be moved independently to the footplate. This recliner also has options to have an adjustable headrest or an adjustable headrest & lumbar region.
The seat cushion offers wonderful support without being overly firm and this pairs well with the back of the recliner which is filled with high quality fibre. The back cushion is divided into two which creates a natural lumbar supporting lower section along with great high support for the back of the head & shoulders too.
As well as the reclining action the chair also has the rising function which lifts the seat upwards with a gentle forwards tilt to bring the user steadily to their feet.
The design of the Farndon is neat & practical. It has arms which offer good support to the very front of the chair without being overly large, and the back cushioning is neatly framed with the recessed wings on either side which are there for both practical & functional reasons.
The recliner is made as standard with casters on the bottom which we
feel is best for a carpeted floor, however if you have a wooden or
laminate "hard floor" then you can select on ordering to have these
switched for glides feet instead. The complete Farndon collection from Celebrity

The handset comes with a removable hook on the back for ease of use to hang it on the side of the pocket, but there is an option to have a magnetic holder added. It also has soft lit buttons and a USB charging slot at the top.
This item plugs into a normal household wall socket to power it, but if you would prefer it to work cordlessly then please select the "Rechargeable Battery Fitted Inside" option when ordering. This means that it will not need a cable running to a wall socket to work, and the battery inside can be recharged in the same way that a laptop, tablet or mobile phone is. All cables are supplied by Celebrity Furniture for this.
