Made for a smaller person this is the Southwell riser recliner chair from Celebrity furniture in a Petite size. The seat is slightly lower & shallower than other recliners for a more comfortable sitting experience. The overall design of the recliner has a contemporary feel created by the flowing & dipping flat top arms and high plain back cushion with angular corners.
The back cushion is filled with high quality fibre interiors which provides excellent support to the head & lumbar regions while the seat is filled with either Mammoth pressure relieving foam or high density resilient foam interiors dependent on whether the recliner is upholstered in fabric or leather. Mammoth foams are only fitted in fabric recliners.
Additionally there is the option to have adjustable headrest & adjustable lumbar regions fitted too. These are powered and controlled with additional buttons positioned on the outside of the arms.
The recliner is made as standard with casters on the bottom which we
feel is best for a carpeted floor, however if you have a wooden or
laminate "hard floor" then you can select on ordering to have these
switched for glides feet instead.
The handset comes with a removable hook on the back for ease of use to hang it on the side of the pocket, but there is an option to have a magnetic holder added. It also has soft lit buttons and a USB charging slot at the top.
This item plugs into a normal household wall socket to power it, but if you would prefer it to work cordlessly then please select the "Rechargeable Battery Fitted Inside" option when ordering. This means that it will not need a cable running to a wall socket to work, and the battery inside can be recharged in the same way that a laptop, tablet or mobile phone is. All cables are supplied by Celebrity Furniture for this.
